1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unlink ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must only access the Service for reading purposes and not create an account or use the link shortening features.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against abuse. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Phishing/Malware: Create links that redirect to phishing sites, malware downloads, or any malicious content.
Illegal Content: Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, or content promoting violence or terrorism.
Spam: Generate links for bulk unsolicited messaging (SMS/Email spam).

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and banning of your IP address. We cooperate with law enforcement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

We reserve the right to disable your account if we suspect unauthorized use or a breach of these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

4. Rights & Ownership

Unlink and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unlink and its licensors. You retain ownership of the original URLs you shorten, but you grant us a license to use, display, and redirect those URLs as part of the Service.

5. Service Reliability

We are committed to providing a reliable, secure, and high-performance service. We strive for continuous uptime and rigorous data protection. However, like all online services, occasional technical maintenance or unforeseen events may occur. We work diligently to minimize any disruptions and ensure your links remain active and safe. We are not responsible for the content of the URLs shortened by our users.
